·         Master the Boards for Step 2 CK

  It seems to be the most frequently used resource by students.  I think this is a good middle ground between step 2 and first aid.  It’s easier to read and more detailed than Step 2, and it highlights important material better than First Aid.  The information is presented in a certain way  The information is presented in a way that gives a logical approach to each disease process: recognition of symptoms, differential diagnosis, diagnostic examination and choice of treatment options.

·         Online Med Ed

  Students with a lower knowledge base and a lot of time to study can process all the video content, while others can focus exclusively on videos that correspond to areas where they find it difficult.  It’s free – which is always good!  The videos are highly productive, concise, and presented in a way that focuses on the relevant information for Step 2 CK, especially helping you learn the “best steps” and appropriate first-line treatment options for each condition.  In addition, I think the lecturers offer many useful tips that are not found in other books, and give some general advice on recognizing common patterns of many diseases.
